Alison is one of those people who make it look so easy. Her job as the social media front for Air Malta puts her in the frontline of many, often vociferous complaints, yet the helpful, polite, efficient and compassionate way she handles them earns her universal praise. Her track record in both marketing and social media interaction speaks for itself. If I know that Alison is associated with a product or service, my confidence in it is certainly boosted because I know that she is a genuine and trustworthy person. Highly recommending her is one of the easiest things to do.
